PROTECTED SHIPPING (DELIVERY GUARANTEE)

Your money is safe with us. You're 100% covered:

If the parcel doesn't arrive or gets lost, we refund you in full. No complicated questions. Your peace of mind comes first.

ARRIVAL GUARANTEE (DAMAGE)

Check the product as soon as it arrives. If it has been damaged in transit, let us know within 24 hours with a photo and we'll send you a new one or refund you.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Custom products: no returns

If the steering wheel or part is made to measure or with a configuration you chose (leather, stitching, colour, carbon, engravings…), it cannot be returned or cancelled once the configuration is confirmed.

This is not our own rule: it is set by article 103(c) of the Spanish consumer protection law (RDL 1/2007), in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes goods made to the customer's specifications from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This does not affect the warranty. If it arrives faulty, damaged or doesn't match your configuration, we take care of it.

See full returns policy

For all other products:

  • Mechanical parts: No returns if they have been forced or incorrectly handled during installation.
  • Air fresheners and keyrings: No returns once the seal or original bag has been opened.
