RETURN CONDITIONS

Custom products: no returns

If the steering wheel or part is made to measure or with a configuration you chose (leather, stitching, colour, carbon, engravings…), it cannot be returned or cancelled once the configuration is confirmed.

This is not our own rule: it is set by article 103(c) of the Spanish consumer protection law (RDL 1/2007), in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes goods made to the customer's specifications from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This does not affect the warranty. If it arrives faulty, damaged or doesn't match your configuration, we take care of it.

For all other products:

  • Mechanical parts: No returns if they have been forced or incorrectly handled during installation.
  • Air fresheners and keyrings: No returns once the seal or original bag has been opened.

Interior trim kit in real carbon fiber for BMW 3 Series G20. Adhesive overlay system: each piece sits on top of the original trim with high-strength adhesive, without removing the dashboard or touching the factory mounts. High gloss wet-look finish, continuous weave across pieces.

Compatibility — read this before ordering

The G20 changed its interior trims with the facelift, and the two kits are not interchangeable:

  • G20 pre-LCI (2019 – 2022): 7-piece kit. That's the one on this page.
  • G20 LCI (2023 onward): 6-piece kit, different trims. The one on this page won't fit. Message us and we'll send you the right one.

Not sure which is yours: send us the registration year and a photo of your center console on WhatsApp and we'll tell you in a minute. It's the most expensive mistake you can make with this kit, so don't order it blind.

Built to order

We don't work with generic stock: every kit is made to order for your car. Lead time is 12 to 15 days from the moment we confirm the reference. Before we ship it, it goes through our workshop and we check it piece by piece —fit, weave and finish—. If anything fails inspection, it doesn't leave.
