RETURN CONDITIONS

Custom products: no returns

If the steering wheel or part is made to measure or with a configuration you chose (leather, stitching, colour, carbon, engravings…), it cannot be returned or cancelled once the configuration is confirmed.

This is not our own rule: it is set by article 103(c) of the Spanish consumer protection law (RDL 1/2007), in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, which excludes goods made to the customer's specifications from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

This does not affect the warranty. If it arrives faulty, damaged or doesn't match your configuration, we take care of it.

  • Mechanical parts: No returns if they have been forced or incorrectly handled during installation.
  • Air fresheners and keyrings: No returns once the seal or original bag has been opened.

Interior trim kit in real carbon fiber for Mercedes-Benz S-Class W222, 2014 onward. Nine pieces with high gloss wet-look finish, including the long dashboard trim that surrounds the turbine air vents —the piece that defines the front of the W222 cabin—.

What's included

9-piece kit:

  • Long dashboard trim with cutouts for the air vents
  • Center console and COMAND controller area trims
  • Trims for all four door panels

The exact breakdown varies between years and trim levels. We confirm it piece by piece on WhatsApp before building.

Finish

Built to order

We don't work with generic stock: every kit is made to order for your car. Lead time is 12 to 15 days from the moment we confirm the reference. Before we ship it, it goes through our workshop and we check it piece by piece —fit, weave and finish—. If anything fails inspection, it doesn't leave.
